Bios (Basic Input/Output System) Firmware is the most major part of the Computer Motherboard. In this post you get some easy steps to update your gigabyte Motherboard bios.
Below given few easy Bios Updating Steps
- Download the latest bios from gigabyte website with proper select motherboard model and version
- Downloaded file copy and extract on your Hard disk
- In Extracted file find out .bin file
- Copy the bin file to your Pen drive
- Shutdown your Computer
- Use UPS to power safety
- Connect Pen drive
- Power ON Computer
- Press Delete button on your Keyboard enter Bios setup
- Press F8 on your Keyboard (QFLASH)
- Select Update BIOS
- Select HDD i.e. your Pen drive or Hard drive
- Select bios on your Pen drive and enter
- Press any key to return to the main menu once the process is complete. Press the “Esc” key and then “Enter” to exit the “Q-Flash” utility and reboot the system
- Now check BIOS updated or not - go to the bios set up and press F9.
Warning
If you select wrong motherboard bios or else System OFF when bios update processing time your mother board not booting so do carefully.
